A Post-Finals Metaphor / Sigur Ros

That finals week was outrageous. To portray the feeling of soaring happiness I now feel that I am finished, I offer you this short video.

You could say that the piano plays the part of me, in the midst of writing massive papers at 3:30am, while the awkward European waitstaff plays the part of my tired brain, wondering when the pretty song will please be over.

In Reality: Sigur Ros plays one singular song from their newest record as they take over a posh cafe in South Paris.  Vincent Moon and La Blogoteque was behind the whole thing, and it is marvelous.

Note: You’ll want to let the thing load before playing to avoid interruption.
